The Smile Method In-House Membership Plan
Our membership plan is designed for patients who want a straightforward approach to dental care — no claims, no waiting periods, no annual maximums. For a flat annual fee, you receive your preventive care and preferred member rates on any additional treatment.
Membership includes:
- Two preventive visits per year (cleanings and periodontal maintenance)
- Comprehensive oral health exam
- Routine X-rays as clinically appropriate
- Preferred member rates on all additional treatments
- No deductibles and no annual maximum
- No waiting period — coverage begins immediately
