Membership Plan & Payment Options

At The Smile Method, we want the path to great oral health to be as clear and uncomplicated as possible. Whether you have dental insurance or prefer to handle your care directly, we offer straightforward options designed to fit how you want to manage your health.

The Smile Method In-House Membership Plan

Our membership plan is designed for patients who want a straightforward approach to dental care — no claims, no waiting periods, no annual maximums. For a flat annual fee, you receive your preventive care and preferred member rates on any additional treatment.

Membership includes:

  • Two preventive visits per year (cleanings and periodontal maintenance)
  • Comprehensive oral health exam
  • Routine X-rays as clinically appropriate
  • Preferred member rates on all additional treatments
  • No deductibles and no annual maximum
  • No waiting period — coverage begins immediately

The plan is available at both our Gahanna and Columbus (Upper Arlington/Riverside) locations. Contact our office for current membership fee details and to enroll.

Your Health, Your Plan

Membership doesn’t change how Dr. Kover approaches your care. Your treatment plan is always built around what’s best for your long-term oral health. The membership plan simply removes the administrative complexity that comes with traditional insurance, giving you a direct and transparent relationship with your dental care.

Payment Options

We accept the following forms of payment at both locations:

  • Cash
  • All major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
  • CareCredit — healthcare financing that allows you to manage treatment costs over time through extended payment plans
