We have two offices to make quality care more accessible throughout central Ohio:

• Upper Arlington / Riverside: 3545 Olentangy River Rd, Suite 128, Columbus, OH 43214 — conveniently located for patients in Upper Arlington, Clintonville, Dublin, and northwest Columbus

Both offices are open Monday through Thursday from 8 AM to 7 PM and Friday from 9 AM to 2 PM. Evening hours are available for patients who can’t get away during the workday.
